William D. Harazin
William D. Harazin is the principal in William D. Harazin, PLLC which provides legal services to businesses both large and small. His areas of concentration include business and international law. He is a well-known speaker and writer on business and international law topics throughout North Carolina.
As an Associate Professor in the School of Textiles at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC, he teaches in the areas of business, contracts, international and corporate law.
Mr. Harazin has served as the Chairman of the Board of the World Trade Center North Carolina and President of the North Carolina World Trade Association. In addition, he is past Chairman and a Council member of the International Law and Practice Section of the North Carolina Bar Association and serves on the North Carolina District Export Council.
He is also a member of the American Bar Association, a Council Member of North Carolina Bar Association’s Business Law Section and a Member of its Bankruptcy Section.
He has been chosen by his peers as Member of the Business North Carolina “Legal Elite” in business and employment law. Mr. Harazin recently served as a Member of the 2006 U.S. Foreign Service Selection Board which reviews the performance of U.S. Department of Commerce Foreign Service Offices. In 2006 he led a Delegation of North Carolina attorneys on the North Carolina Bar Association’s Inaugural Attorney Exchange to Taiwan.
He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law in Carbondale, IL. He was an undergraduate and graduate student at Illinois State University in Normal, IL. He is licensed to practice before the State and Federal Courts of North Carolina and Illinois.

Jason C. Wysong
Jason C. Wysong is an Associate Attorney with the Firm. His areas of concentration include business and international law. Prior to being named an Associate Attorney in 2007, Jason was a Project Attorney with Womble, Carlyle, Sandridge, and Rice assisting in the discovery phase of complex litigation
Jason, a native of Gastonia, North Carolina, received his Juris Doctor Degree in 2004 from the North Carolina Central University School of Law in Durham, NC, where he graduated with honors. Jason served as Student Bar Association Vice-President during his third year of law school and as Class President during his second year. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2001.
He is a Member of the North Carolina Bar Association and a Member of its Business Law Section.

Jennifer Godwin
Jennifer Godwin is a Paralegal with experience in business and corporate law, litigation and administrative law. In addition to her Paralegal duties, Ms. Godwin is the Firm’s Administrator and Bookkeeper. She has been associated with the firm of William D. Harazin, PLLC since 2000. She is experienced in assisting clients with various legal matters. She is a graduate of Johnston Community College’s Paralegal Program. Jennifer is a lifelong North Carolina native and lives in Raleigh, NC with her husband and son.
